Overview:

ALR Engineering provided civil engineering and site supervision services for a compact 2,400-square-foot warehouse and dry storage facility developed for Compras USA in Nogales, Arizona. Designed for personal and commercial storage rental use, the facility required efficient site planning, clear access circulation, and coordinated system layout to meet commercial code compliance and long-term usability.
