TUBAC FIRE STATION NO. 4

Contracted by Breckenridge Group, ALR designed this fire station site, located at Ruta Camaron in Rio Rico, Arizona. This site is approximately 2.0 Acres. The site and grading were designed in conjunction with Breckenridge (Design Architects) and approved by Santa Cruz County Public Works, the site utilities (water and sewer) were also designed by ALR and approved by Liberty Water company, site retaining wall were also designed and structural designs were also pars of this project. Total construction cost is approximately $1,200,000. This work was done on time and within the budget.

The site and grading were designed in conjunction with Breckenridge (Design Architects) and approved by Santa Cruz County Public Works, the site utilities (water and sewer) were also designed by ALR and approved by Liberty Water company, site retaining wall were also designed and structural designs were also pars of this project. Total construction cost is approximately $1,200,000. This work was done on time and within the budget.

SAN FELIPE DE JESUS PARISH

Contracted by Acacia Land & Storage, ALR work in conjuction with South West International Builders LLC to built this commercial warehouse, located at Apache Boulevard in Nogales, Arizona. This site is approximately 5.5 Acres, a complex drainage study had to be conducted prior to construction to consider the impact that diverse offsite flows would had in this site, this study was approved by Santa Cruz County Flood Department. Afterwards the site was designed in conjunction with ADG (Design Architects) and approved by City of Nogales Public Works and Building Department, the site utilities (water and sewer) where approved by city of Nogales and ADEQ, site retaining wall where also designed for this project. Total construction cost is approximately $5,000,000. This work was done on time and within the budget.

FREIG CARRILLO WAREHOUSE ADDITION

ALR Engineering Completes addition to an existing forwarding Facility for Freig Rodrigues Properties LLC. in Nogales, AZ. The old facility was 12’000 S.F. and is now a 24,000 square foot warehouse. The pre-engineered metal building is a 100 foot clear span structure and is 25 feet in height, with enclosed and exterior shipping and receiving dock areas. The warehouse area is divided in to 2—6’000 S.F. and one 12,000 S.F. each storing diverse products, the new 3 phase 208 volt electrical installation will permit the owner to convert the area in to cold storage areas if desired. This feature will allow the owner to handle various commodities and deliver them to the market at the peak of freshness. The building is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system which over the time pays for it self in lower insurance premiums.

SUAREZ BROKERS WAREHOUSE

Contracted by Suares Brokers Company Inc., ALR designed this commercial warehouse, located at Mariposa Ranch Road in Nogales, Arizona. This site is approximately 4.0 Acres. The site, grading, and site drainage were designed by ALR and approved by City of Nogales Public Works, the site utilities (water and sewer) were also designed by ALR and approved by City of Nogales Engineering , site retaining wall were also designed for this project. Total construction cost is approximately $3,000,000. This work was done on time and within the budget.
